Brown was used goods as a 154 pounder... it was enough for him to knock out Terry Norris's chinless ass, but that was the extent of his worth at the weight... assuming we have a younger, prime Simon and we are simply moving him up 7 pounds, then I think he'd take Cotto late... but if we are discussing the actual 154 Simon Brown, then I think his chances are greatly diminished and Miguel would have a better shot
