Thanks for the shout out, and totally agreed on Gino's East pizza  ... that said, we tried another place more toward the South Side, and it was off the chain! Honestly, better than NY pizza - I never thought I'd live to see the day that I would say such a thing, but it's true.

Gino's is horrible - it's a franchise, which should've tipped me off. It's basically the Hard Rock Cafe of Chicago pizza joints.

i dont think i like deep dish at all. i've had UNO's before and Geno's wasnt much better.

the best pizza is in DC. there's this place called Jumbo Slice Pizza in Adams Morgan and their slice is NY slice * 2 and it's only $4.00 a slice.

I wish I would have known ahead of time that you bitches were going to Chi...I would have recommended "Dixie's Kitchen" on the South Side (since you bitches were already on that side of town).

It's soul food that's off the chain!

I would have also recommended checking out the DeSable museum to add a little culture to you two hillbillies.

i have a friend in chicago, but he was out of town for the weekend, so i didnt get a chance to really check out the city. i met up w/ my other friend who lives in chicago, but she flew in from ny on saturday and by the time the fights ended, it was too late to do anything.

but anyways, both northlake and rosemont sucked balls. the hotel i stayed in was right near the airport and it reminded me of some of the places i've driven through in central PA. garbage.

what's up w/ the stuffed hot dogs? is that even good?

Let me get this straight. Morales was given a 10-9 on 2 judges' scorecards after he knocked Diaz down in the first round?:dunno:

Hometown advantage eh? Another example of favouritism/corruption within the sport. Then again most sports are. Oh well. Is there going to be an investigation or does nobody give a crap?

i scored the first a 10-8. diaz was winning, but it's not like he was landing every punch. he buckled morales badly, but got knocked down when he tried to follow up. morales also landed a straight one two combo that stunned diaz seconds before the bell.

morales didnt scream for robbery. he and his dad were mostly pissed about diaz's holding and hitting.

arum did mention about the scores, but he also said that he thought the 2nd round slip was a knockdown.

Whats really funny about this comment is that most NY & Philly pizza places order their ingredients from the exact same companies.
