Ok all BS with the fight aside, now I wanna see a test. Has Manny been on it the whole time? There has already been too much said and done for him to not just give in and say, "hey i got nothing to hide"...

So now, everybody Ive talked to thinks he is hiding something...

Floyd doesn't. Floyd thinks Cotto had been in a lot of wars, that Hattons weight fluctuations had ruined him, that Pac looked dreadful vs Marquez and Morales, and that Pac looking good at 108 had to do with him being so young at the time.

    Its all here:

Msoley was said to be on something for the De la Hoya rematch. Was the result a devastating destruction of his future partner? NO. A splitdecision win which most observers thought Oscar was ROBBED.

Tim Bradley: " Everyone knows I'm ready willing to fight Manny or Mayweather. I mean, I don't understand it. It makes no sense. The commission handles all of that. They do a great job. Manny Pacquaio doesn't have a history of using drugs. He's NEVER used drugs, he's never been caught with anything. I don't believe this guy's using drugs. I just thinks it's his time, right now."

"As far as facing Manny Pacquaio, we don't need EXTRA drugs tests or whatever they are trying to do. Man, LET'S JUST DO IT. I'm ready to go."

Devon Alexander: "All of it is just a DISTRACTION. He agreed to NORMAL testing. I don't see why they want him to do all these other tests. I don't need these other tests. I'll fight him right NOW and blaze him up. If he is on roids it will show."

Of course Alexander and Bradley would fight Pacquiao, they'd fight him without any tests. They'd probably earn as much as they earned their whole career against Pac.

Lets give him an IQ test too....see if that throws up any abnormalities...anything over 50 and his reputation gets called into question. You heard.

Zab Judah also stepping up to REPLACE Mayweather. Will fight Pacquaio at 140 or 147 with testing done by the Nevada Commission.

Floyd was floored by Judah, but he took shots from Oscar all night. How can that be?

De La Hoya Blog: Pacquiao-Mayweather impassePosted Dec. 23, 2009 at 04:45pm

    By Oscar De La Hoya
Oscar De La Hoya gives his take on Manny Pacquiao’s refusal to take Olympic-style random blood tests, which is threatening to scuttle a pending fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr. on March 13. Bob Arum, Pacquiao’s promoter, has said that the fighter is willing to take blood tests three months before the fight, 30 days before the fight and after the fight but not random tests. Pacquiao doesn’t want to be tested close to fight because, he says, it weakens him. The sides appear to be considering a compromise that would involve a cutoff date for testing – maybe 3-5 days before the fight – to solve the impasse. De La Hoya has fought two fighters found to have taken performance enhancing drugs – Shane Mosley and Fernando Vargas. He also fought Pacquiao.

First of all, the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency agreed that they won’t take blood from the fighters 48 hours before the fight as some people seem to think. They’re going to take only a few tablespoons through random testing in the three months leading up to the fight.

If Pacquiao, the toughest guy on the planet, is afraid of needles and having a few tablespoons of blood drawn from his system, then something is wrong. The guy has tattoos everywhere; he’s tattooed from top to bottom. You’re telling me he’s afraid of needles?

And the idea that urine tests can detect HGH [Human Growth Hormone] is wrong. I talked to Travis Tygart, CEO of the USADA. He testified before Congress that anyone who says HGH can be detected by a urine test is mistaken. It can only be detected by a blood test.

So you have to do the blood work. If Pacquiao doesn’t want to do this and risk a possible $40 million payday because he’s afraid of needles or believes he’ll be weakened by blood tests, then that raises question marks.

Now I have to wonder about him. I’m saying to myself, “Wow. Those Mosley punches, those Vargas punches and those Pacquiao punches all felt the same.†I’m not saying yes or no [about whether Pacquiao might be taking performance-enhancing drugs]; I’m just saying that now people have to wonder: “Why doesn’t he want to do this? Why is it such a big deal.â€

A lot of eyebrows have been raised. This is not good at all.

I believe Mayweather wants to do the right thing, to get tested properly. He’s not doing it to harass Pacquiao; that’s garbage. I would say to Pacquiao: “Do the test. Do it because it’s only a couple of tablespoons. Needles don’t hurt. Just look away when they put the needle in your arm.†He’ll probably lose more blood in the fight than the blood being drawn for the test.

And do it because we as a sport are in a unique situation. We can paint ourselves as the cleanest sport by doing this test. Why don’t you want to do it?

C’mon. It’s only a little bit of blood. If you have nothing to hide, then do the test.

It wasn't nor will it ever be, Fraud's intention, to give anything back to boxing, but I dont see anything wrong with the strongest independant drug testing procedure being implimented into this sport, unlike 98% percent of this messageboard. Im concerntrating on the positive precedent it could set to flush out the rats who refuse to comply with it, and I do find it pretty pathetic that we usually have this consensus mistrust for the notorious and incompetant regulation systems in boxing, and it's historically warranted, but that, as illustrated, can all change in an instant, if it doesn't suit a particular hero...alligned in perfect sequence with the sudden change that this fight was instantly cancelled at five minutes to midnight.

Exposed. That's all there is to it,.. Pacquiao groupies and Fraud-groupies are as bad as each other. Posters who are thinking about structurally improving the sport are very very sparse, that's what I've learned from this.

What you're not seeing is that the betterment of the sport was not even close to Floyd's radar of intentions.

His intention is simple - come up with a fight breaking clause.

My opening sentence was pretty clear that Im well aware as should everybody be aware that he's not interested in improving the sport in any way shape or form if it is detrimental to his success, for example, if it were a proposed implimentation of 'referees being extra vigilant of elbows, backtwists and illegal sub-belt level ducks' ie comprehensive in-ring "BOXING RULES".. then perhaps we'd see Fraud cancel the fight at the last few seconds of the agreement. Fraud groupies would then be twisting and screaming about the lackadaisical rules enforcement being 'perfectly acceptable' and they'd point out fighters from the past, "Floyd not da only one!"..usually pointing to a so called 'old school' fighter during a continued dark history where corruption was just as frequent, mafia controlled, fixed fights, etc,.. and dat it shouldnt happen coz 'it would be unprecedented' ...ahh? ...

But every now and then, a true capitalist, will pull out the 'ethics' card if it suits thier agenda,.. Fraud's done it here,.. but it so happens to make sense if you desire a drug-free sport, naturally, you use the strongest possible scanning system available, as a boxing fan, I'd like to see it implimented as a precedent,..I'd like to see a drug-free fight,..I'd also like to see the rules enforced consistantly in the ring,.. but the 'trustworthy' Roach cant say a word on that front, he usually speaks up, the way he did for Sam Peter, pointing out the brain-stem smash, but due to his history with James Toney, he was found to be perfectly content with violating the same rules as Fraud does,..

That is all very valid, and I just want to go on the record....I do believe Pac could have something to hide, I raised it before, and I am raising it again. I dont want people to think I am some nut-hugger- back in 2004 I laughed at Pac when he drew. I have never been a Pac fan.

Part of the reason why I drew suspicion was not because of Manny Pac but Freddy Roach, whose life is deteriorating. Does he have new stars on the horizon? No, not really.

But I draw the line at suspicion. Nothing has been proven. Nothing has even been substantiated. I cannot accept that these suspicions now mean his record at 140-147 is ruined. I do not accept his body of work there is tainted.

Floyds timing is shitty. He could have raised this issue before. He did not. He could have dropped hints before. He did not. He even went so far to say that Mannys body of work at 140-147 was not all that special. That he fought washed up, damaged fighters. That he got hit too much. That he lost to Marquez, lost to Morales, and that his being a fighter at 108 and 140 owed more to his being 16 years of age when he started than it did to him being a phenom.

And then, having said all this...he drops the D bomb.

    Where is the consistency?

The stipulation was mentioned weeks ago. It is Pac who just now balked after trying to get Floyd to walk with the ridiculouse 10 mill thing. Glad to see you see the light.

I dont see anything that I didnt see 2 weeks ago.

Floyd always said Manny looked shit at 140-147.

Now his people say he looked spectacular, and that they want above-normal testing....

And...Floyd says he was bullied by Oscar. Who is now backing Floyd up.

    Consistently Inconsistent.

Here's the thing though,... how the hell,.. did Fraud know,.. that Pacquioa would bust straight out of the fight, with the mere mention of a mutual drug testing procedure?... IF,..Pacquioa was clean,.. and Fraud really wanted out,.. the best scenario would have been for Pacquioa to accept,.. and then for Fraud to be the one to withdraw dramatically and instantly.

Floyd didnt know anything. Neither did Ellerbe, Golden Hitler, Shafter, or any of the rest of them.

They rolled the dice and sat back.

They knew it would not go down well.....but I doubt they ever thought they would ever end up getting sued over it.

They figured the least they could get is some mind-game advantage as Pac paused to consider his options. Just for openers.

Money dominates their thought process....follow the money.....they say Pac needs to do this, needs to do that, Pac gets offended....they say he is doping, Pac says see you in Court...now..suppose Pac says fuck it, and agrees to the test...are you suggesting that the same 50-50 deal will apply?

Nope. They will say Manny delayed, Manny did this, Manny did that, Manny made them work harder, Manny procrastinated, Manny noxed the original deal.....and they will ask for a revised split. Thats just supposition....but my deciding factor is that they are dominated by money. Follow that chain down, and you understand their reasoning better.

Oscar has a good point. Manny is full of tattoos. He's afraid of needles? I think Manny's squeaky clean reputation has been ruined now. Huge damage the last 3 days.

My buddy had a funny analogy.

Its like you were at a relative's having dinner and you get home and your wife/gf asks, "were you out with another woman?" and you answer. "I'm not telling!"

Youre already fucked and there's no getting out of it.
