Tough to call All I have to go on is the Escalera fight, where Everett boxed beautifully and was ROBBED (I can not emphasize that enough) ... he was dead not long after so no one got to see where he might have ended up career-wise... consequently, he is a forgotten figure and is not the subject of great interest among collectors... sad But, going off of that fight and the knowledge that he was in there with a terrific fighter coupled with his style and Oscar's difficulties with fast, smooth boxers like Pernell Whitaker makes me think pretty highly of Everett's chances at decisioning Oscar at 130-135 (Everett's range) ... still, who knows? perhaps Oscar could exploit a weakness that Escalera was unable to, as they were very different fighters
