Oscar stripper is suing for 100 mil.

Basically for calling her a liar. I just heard this and no time to find the link heard it was on/in the NY post. Hopefully someone else can find a link.

The stripper who circulated racy photos allegedly depicting Oscar De La Hoya in drag has filed a $100 million lawsuit against the fighter claiming that De La Hoya initiated a smear campaign against her to stop the photos from leaking out. According to the NY Post, the 22-year-old stripper filed the suit in Manhattan State Supreme Court on Thursday for alleged fraud, defamation, interference with contract, infliction of emotional distress and undue influence. The photos, which appeared to have been Photoshopped, were sold by the stripper to a website in September for $70,000. They were quickly picked up by mainstream media, with the woman giving interviews on national television and weaving a story of a boozy night with De La Hoya at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Philadelphia. Soon after, the stripper admitted she lied in those interviews and publicly apologized to De La Hoya for the embarrassment she caused him and his family. However, her latest allegation claims she received phone calls from de la Hoya's representatives saying they were "FBI agents or speaking on behalf of FBI agents."

 

She will never win this case/ WTF is she thinking? Damn people sue for anything these days.

yeah, the NY Post article mentioned that twice in the span of about three sentences ::

that said, the chick that wrote that blurb for FightNews should seriously re-consider re-wording. In fact, she shouldn't have written anything at all, other than recapping what was written in the Post, the article she claimed as her source.

According to Lisa Scott/FightNews:
- The pictures appeared to have been Photoshopped
- The stripper (and funny FN's report never mentions her name) admitted she lied

The stripper never admitted she lied, she said that at the time, she couldn't confirm the authenticity of all of the pics posted on x17.

It was never confirmed nor denied whether or not the posted pictures were photoshopped. And for what it's worth, the website that ran them STILL has them available online, despite GLH's lawyers' demands to take them down and GLH's insistence that they were fake.

So that part is strictly her (Lisa's) opinion, and honestly has no business in that report, especially when she references everything associated with Dravnel's remarks as "claims" or "alleges." Either leave it all as ongoing investigation, or lend credence to both sides of the story. Her report is biased in Oscar's favor, and has zero proof that he's innocent in any of this.

 

Everything about this matter has been biased in Oscar's favor. Guess why.
