Huh? All this proves is that PBF is the one determined to require stips that will derail the fight. When pac was opposed to drug-testing, PBF said okay to 50/50. Now that pac is ok with testing, no 50/50. And pbf tipped his hand when asked recently why he wouldn't agree to 50/50 and he brought up drug testing, which hasn't been the issue since 2010. Whether it's pbf's fault or both, pbf has made it appear to be his own and not pacquiao's.
