Convential wisdom says Pac. HOWEVER, I think about how easily Marquez countered Pac in all their fights, and consider that Rosario was an excellent counter puncher with FAAARRR more power than Marquez, and it really becomes a tough fight to handicap. Either way, it doesn't go the distance. Either Manny's speed and power overwhelms Chapo eventually, or Manny walks into a big counter and gets laid out. Both scenarios are possible. Great matchup, actually.
Yeah this is one I've never seen done. I think it's inevitably a war. And yes I agree with the Marquez analogy (Chapo fucks up Marquez IMO). For me, a true 50-50 fight in terms of who would end up winning it.
Yeah it's a hard call. While Pac learned to fight against larger opponents when moving up in weight and was better at using angles at footwork defensively, he still wasn't at the level where you could confidently pick him against the likes of Rosario. At least not @ 135 where he never faced anybody of that caliber. If however somebody walks into a big counter it's more likely to be Chapo than Pacquiao even in a war.
