I like Vargas via competitive but clear UD, possible late stoppage. I think its a war, but Vargas can't be hurt by Williams and thus he would work inside with confidence and never be in serious danger.
Prime Vargas throws toooo many meaningful punches..and comes in with straight hard punches to the head and body.... Vargas by UD...or late TKO
Vargas. Too strong and most importantly; too accurate. He'd walk right in on Williams and land the big shots at will.
