Martinez looks wide open to straight right hands down the middle these days I would have given the late Vernon Forrest a shot to beat Martinez just based on his ability to still land that one punch. I think Williams will land them with great frequency and stop Martinez in a dominant performance.

I told him to switch just to make my point clear. Straight left, straight right, whatever, straight down the middle it will come and drop Martinez somewhere between 7-10.

Enjoyed that; all of the recent articles have been solid to very good, its really encouraging, long may it continue, just as long as nothing written by Carlos Guzman floats to the top of the bowl

Good read. Although I don't agree with this statemete here.

This fight does nothing to clarify who the best is at any weight. The winner certainly isn't the best at 160 until they beat Kelly Pavlik.

I agree with your point. I would also point out that it is the exception and not the rule when there is a consensus about who is obviously the best fighter in a weight class. Very few fighters wipe out all threats.

You guys are totally right, I didn't even pick that up on the proofing. I had it in my head that these re 154 pound champs...forgetting this is a middleweight contest.

At least for that portion of the article I forgot anyway
