Norris was too fast and too sharp for Williams who is really sloppy and open to counters. And Paul doesn't have the power to hurt him IMO. Norris via UD.
I'm with Hex. I dont see Tall Paul lasting. His D is too leaky, and Terry when he was on was a beautiful technician with power and speed to burn.
I always liked norris and it was kinda sad to see how far gone he was when I met him in '01. nonetheless the guy could lose at any time to any good fighter with some power. williams certainly qualifies.
I would give The "Where's the Beef???" old lady from the 1980's Wendys commercials a decent chance of scoring at least a flash knockdown of Norris. After which her new catch phrase would be "Where's the chin???"
Wait! Are you saying some folks post with absolute certainty regarding fighters that they have seen little, if any, film of?
At the same time, at his best... Norris could beat just about anybody in the world. Williams high volume style works vs a stationary target, but against Terry's movement and speed, idk how effective Paul would be. Plus Williams has yet to be hit with someone w/the power of Norris.
damn right. terry had overwhelming offensive gifts, great speed, viscious combination puncher and good power and a fine finisher but his chin was as durable as wet toilet paper... you don't need to be a big hitter to hurt Terry Norris
