    Anyone?

Facing Conor McGregor's Homey, Artem Lobov? No Doubt, Paulie's Hoping to Lure McGregor Into a Fight...

If the Masses Feel This is More of an MMA Topic, REED Won't Bitch if this Thread is Moved to That Forum...

This is a genuine enmity between the two, not a manufactured rivalry.
For those who don't know, Paulie Malignaggi was a sparring partner for Conor McGregor to help McGregor prepare for the Mayweather fight 2 years ago.
McGregor edited footage of himself getting the one-up on Paulie including a knockdown which made the rounds all over social media. Paulie was upset with the edited footage and felt he'd been disrespected and betrayed by McGregor's camp who refused to release the unedited footage of their sparring sessions. McGregor and his boys told Paulie to get over it and Paulie refused to let them sh*t on him and began taking shots at everyone in McGregor's camp including Dana White and especially Artem Lobov. They went back and forth...and here we are now...
I don't think I'll pay 50 bucks for it though.

REED Had Never Watched a BKFC Bout Until Today...

REED Thinks the Others Have Been in the $30 Range...If They're SMART The Promoters Won't Be Greedy and Price Gouge, But That's Kind of What Promoters Do...

BKFC 1 Did 150k Buys, Reportedly...Can't Find Numbers from Their Other PPV's, but Paulie-Artem Should Double That @ Least, in REEED's Opinion...

It's a Morbid Curiosity Bout, a Circus Fight...$50 Would Be a Turnoff to Those Just Wanting to See a "Car Crash", Basically...

150K PPV buys at $29.99? That's around $4.5 million in ppv sales. Half goes to the PPV company so they made around $2.25 mill in PPV sales. Overall that's very promising. Plus they received great reviews and acclaim from viewers overall for their last show, especially the Lobov vs Knight main event. A lot of MMA fans though were repulsed by the violence. Some saying they had to look away because of its brutality. LOL

I wonder if it would be better to price these PPVs at $19.95. It would be more affordable for most and probably would get more people buying.

Can't See them LOWERING Prices, but You Make a Valid Point...

If it's $29.99, REED'll Order it for Sure...Charlo-Harrison 2 is the Biggest Fight That Weekend, but it Will be on Sunday...REED Would Even Consider Paying $39.99 if They Raise Prices, but REED's OUT if it's Priced at $49.99...

    Fuck That...

Shit Like THIS is Why BKFC is Limited in the Amount of Commissions that Will Sanction Their Events...

Artem Sustained Those Injuries on April 7, yet he'll Be Squaring Off w/Paulie June 22nd...No Way in Hell Would an Even Remotely CREDIBLE Commission Allow Him to Compete Again After Just 2 1/2 Months...By his OWN Admission, Artem Said he Received "@ Least 30 Stitches" in that April Bout:D...

Unless Paulie's COMPLETELY Shot, He Should Re-Open Most of Those Holes in Artem's Face Before the 1st Round is Over...Artem IS Tough Though, and Paulie Has Zero Power, So it Should Be a Bloody Ass Distance Fight...

I imagine a lot of boxing fans AND mma fans are going to be watching this event. Wouldn't be surprising to see many past-prime boxers and mma fighters consider fighting in BKFC. Maybe James Toney vs Randy Couture II?

    It's Already Happening...

Crazy Horse Bennett, Chris Leben, Leonard Garcia, Kendall Grove, Bobby Gunn, Ricco Rodriguez and Others are On the Current Roster...Paulie's Inclusion Will Undoubtedly Convince Other Retired Boxers to Shake Off Some Dust and Give it a Shot...

Ricardo Mayorga's Done Quite a Few "Circus" Bouts Over the Years...REED Could Easily See him Signing Up...

This Could Become Combat Sports' Answer to Golf's Senior Circuit or to Ice Cube's "Big 3", Which Features Retired Basketball Players...

    See this guy here..........used be WBC Rated #15 lightheavyweight and fought Chad Dawson {lost in 3 rounds}

Now he's reduced to getting sparked out in the ring in these bare knucke ventures. It's all about paying the rent.

Just bear in mind............former WBC #15 rated light heavweight in the BLUE t shirt.

Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship 6: Malignaggi vs. Lobov

The Card Will Be Held in Florida Though, So REED Would Be Shocked if Bailey Didn't Get MORE Shine in the Lead Up...The Morbid Curiosity of a KO Artist of that Ilk Going BareKnuckle is Being Grossly Neglected Thus Far...

pretty sure bailey has scored more knockdowns in his LOSSES than malignaggi has in all his fights combined.

I'm stoked. Now going to watch! I was actually very surprised at the 150k ppv buys though. I never expected them to hit anything over 30k ppv buys. Maybe this sport is here to stay...until someone dies at least.

Again, BKFC Did 150k for their Inaugural Event...

They SAY Lobov's Last Fight "Did Well", but REED Can't Find Any PPV #'s for Any of the Other BKFC Events...Make of That What You Will...

REED has NO Doubt Paulie vs Artem EXCEEDS 150k Though...And if they Properly Promote Bailey's KO Prowess, a % of Hardcore Fans Will Be MIDLY Interested in How he Fares Bare Knuckles...

REED Thinks 200-250k is a SAFE Expectation, as Loooooooooooong as Cost Remains @ $29.99...

Paulie's spot on about EVERYTHING he said about MMGay.

MMGay fans always absurdly claiming that their sport is the "real" fight, when boxing is far more dangerous and suffers far more fatalities.

Paulie is also spot on that boxing is the sport that has the REAL warriors, and can never be compared to a sport where you're obligated to QUIT when you've had enough, and it's not looked down upon.

You "tap out" in boxing, and you're forever considered a dog.

It's Not Paulie, Per Se, it's "Paulie vs. Conor McGregor's Homey"...

To the Degree There's an Attraction, That's It...The Built-In Beef Paulie Has w/Team McGregor, etc...And the Silent INSINUATION Paulie Could Face McGregor Next, Should he Dispose of Conor's Boy, Artem...

If This was JUST Paulie Making his BareKnuckle Debut or JUST Another Artem Lobov Bare Knuckle Fight, Few if Any Would Care...

And to Be Clear, Team McGregor Drew That Response Out of Paulie...

They're QUICK to Play the "Real Fight" Card w/Boxers...Conor Did it Countless Times During the Build-Up to Floyd and Lobov's Done it During These Pressers...

Typically, Paulie's Non-Committal or @ Least RESPECTFUL of MMA @ Least, but the Back and Forth w/Team McGregor Has Led to Him LOSING That Loving Feeling, Apparently...
