both guys are throwing a lot of punches, but Mijares jab is pretty accurate

overall I like Mijares punch accuracy, he is moving around and jabbing well. both men are busy but I'd give 5 to mijares if I had to pick

Round 6 - Navarro is working his jab better in this round. Mijares caught him with a nice right on the inside

Navarro much busier this round and working the body too. Navarro is chasing Mijares around. Mijares not doing much.

Good round for Navarro

 

I'm not sure what Mijares strategy to win it, but it sucks. He's simply running around and throwing a lazy jab. He can get away with it because of his height advantage, but Navarro is working hard and throwing more punches.

Round 7 - These guys are taking turns working their jab. Both guys are throwing two and three jabs, but the taller Mijares seems to prefer fighting on the inside with the shorter man.

 

This was another close around and kind of backwards. The shorter Navarro is more effective on the outside. Mijares has more success countering Navarro on the inside by giving himself just enough distance to unload some short uppercuts

 

Mijares is nasty with his jab this round, throwing it with a slicing angle. Jabs at short and close range with accuracy, but then he lets up. Round 8 is his so far

 

Mijares controlled most of this round. He jabbed Navarro to death and his punches in close were pretty accurate. When Mijares steps up his game Navarro seems outclassed. But Navarro is still in this fight because he's applying pressure constantly.

Round 9 and both guys are fighting at 100mph. A sizzling uppercut to Navarro's face. Navarro's trunks look bloody, might be from that peppering jab of Mijares

both men have a similar punch output. Navarro is losing simply because he's head hunting. He's throwing his punches high due to Mijares height and Mijares is slipping them and landing his own shots.

The fight has taken a familiar pattern with Mijares pulling rounds out by landing the cleaner harder shots and simply being more accurate.

Round 10 -Mijares

 

These guys have an unbelievable amount of energy. The pace hasn't slowed up one bit. Navarro has a cut on the right eye. Bleeding bad.

Navarro fought a little more desperate but also walked into some hard shots. Still, I think he did enough of his own damage to slightly pull that round out.

Mijares thinks he has this one in the bag. He's dancing around

 

Mijares was able to break Navarro's guard with a few straight hard punches. Navarro chasing Mijares around

 

boring fight, but they gave it their all. I gave it to Mijares
