    Also, apparently Bob Arum has had discussions with Chris John's camp, for a fight between JuanMa and John in the co-feature slot, given JuanMa gets by Marquez.

    Pavlik vs. Chavez Jr. is a good action fight, likely FOTY candidate. But I think Pavlik would get Jr. out of there late, given his confidence isn't completely shattered.

    I'm not so sure JuanMa beats Marquez, but I think he'd absolutely slaughter John.

    Hard to see Pavlik-Chavez Jr. being made at this point.

    Somewhere else Chavez Jr.-Mayorga was mentioned...but there would seem to be good reason to be skeptical of that as well.

    John is too much risk, no reward for Juanma. At least vs Marquez he has the risk but is fighting a marquee name. Pavlik would slaughter chavez jr.

    If he was out of options i'd agree but he can still milk Jr. further without feeding him to Pavlik.

    Pavlik's situation is more difficult but Arum doesn't have to sacrifice Jr.

    John will beat Lopez quite easily, there's no reason to do make such a fight when Lopez can easily take out the more acclaimed Marquez.
