Pinocchio teaser trailer

Except for the bald fairy (that was a bold move), this looks exactly like the original. My only concern is that since Geppetto is played by Tom Hanks this will be more a Geppetto movie than the puppet boy story.

 

This movie has been review bombed by both critics and audiences and it went almost straight to Disney+. Everybody is hating it. In RT has a 29% rotten from critics & 36% rotten from audiences. Whose head will roll for this fiasco?? Talking about Rotten Tomatoes, it is quite suspicious that the few 'fresh' reviews it has, when you actually read them, sounds like the writers were actually trashing the film so maybe RT received some, er, persua$ion from Disney so the film could get at least a few positive check marks.
