Would the results have been any different had Hatton faced the 99-00 Tszyu?

No, it's not, considering the fact PBF has 5 victories over elite opponents, and Kostya has 0. Add to that fact a little matter of Zoo being beaten down by the likes of Hatton and Philips....... and PBF disposing of such opponents with consumate ease.....And it'll become clear that pussified Australian Fraud would either get brutally KOed (ala his daddy, Ricky, was) or quit around 4-th or 5-th round....

I can't see Floyd jumping on Zoo and beating the crap outta him toe to toe (which is incidentally how to beat him). Styles baby, Floyd would give Zoo the room, time and space that he craves against slick boxers.

Compelling matchup. A real battle of styles.

As for Hatton, prime Tszyu TKO's him.

Tszyu beats Hatton AND Floyd at 140 when he was at his peak, IMO.

Hatton possibly, but no way he beats Floyd. People still don't seem to realize how good Floyd is. The kid is DAMNED good. Put it this way..Floyd is to Tszyu was Calzaghe is to Kessler.

It's funny, but when Tszyu and Hatton actually fought, Tszyu was the most highly regarded he EVER was and was favored to beat Hatton.

How many times did I hear people say, "Tszyu is a much improved fighter from the one that lost to Vince Philips..." ?

    But now...

"Hatton's just lucky he didn't fight a prime Tszyu..."

I'll take Hatton (or Philips, for that matter) over whatever "version" of Tszyu people think was his "prime".

Did you see PBF jump, maul, and beat the crap outta the man who jumped, mauled, and beat the crap outta Zoo?
Did you see PBF manhandle the guy who manhandled Zoo into a bitch?
Now, if PBF was able to do such things to a man much superior to Zoo. imagine what Pretty Boy would do to a worse version of Hatton (Zoo).
It would be a bloodbath, the rat-tailed quiitter would get brutalized.

It's cool and easy to bash a fighter once he's beaten, specially if it's as brutally has Hatton was, but IMO Hatton beat a very good Tszyu. Not at his best certainly, but the manner in which he manhandled Kostya makes me believe he could beat any Tszyu. Maybe he would, maybe he wouldn't. What we know is that Hatton stomped Tszyu when they fought.

Its styles, we all know you are clinging on Floyd's nuts every second, but Tszyu would beat him at 140.
That right hand would land enough to knock Floyd out in the later rounds...
And he has enough skill and pressure to land that right hand enough to put Floyd in defensive mode, and keep from puttin any offense on Tszyu...
Seriously yeah Floyd is great one of the best of all time, byt styles....Kostya wins.

    What?

Tszyu was hurt often through the fight and was forced to quit.

Stomped doesn't sound so out of line.
