Trinidad via UD.. I Ike dominates early, then Trinidad comes on and he knocks Quartey down late, but Ike manages to hang on and last 12 rounds.

Ike gives Tito hell early with his jab. As the fight goes on Quartey starts to fade under the pressure and gets lazy with the jab. Tito starts to land bombs.

Trinidad defeats Quartey at 147. Tito just had an indominatable will in his prime. In a drop down dragout war it'd make the difference against a Quartey who mostly just got by on talent and strength.

I agree completely with the first response of this thread.

It's one of the fights that should have happenned, but didn't. If Tito insists on fighting on, he should fight Quartey, not Pavlik.

Trinidad via UD or late stoppage is my call.

Ike was one tough customer and he'd give Tito hell.

I think Quartey is stationary and hitable enough for Tito to beat. Good fight though

probably the best matchup of the 90s welterweights, too bad it never happened. I like Trinidad to take it over after the midway point in a terrific fight
