Ramadan is here my training will suffer

    I have to fast all day for the holy month of Ramadan. I'm going to try to stay hard by doing pushups and going for a run before the daybreak meal. I'm going to shrink, my calorie intake is probably going to drop to 800 per day:doh: I will be SHREDDED though:crafty:

    I guess you could exercise an hour or two after you eat if you can eat when the sun goes down or just before it comes up...like a vampire. :lol:

    Yeah but the energy levels plummet so when you finaly eat its hard to get up for a workout. I hope a couple of hundred pushups a day will keep me from shrinking.
