    had a sad end, money wise. Was talking about a comeback a few short years ago.

    What a pity that tonight's card in London won't feature a single guy who has so much as sat through a single one of his fights never mind possess a scintilla of his ability.

    Yet they'll all stand to honour him, provided one of them doesnt topple over of his own accord first

    The ten bells at the AJ fight was touching. I've been in a funk all day since the news broke. Just watching him turning back Laguna time and time again in the championship rounds like a first generation Terminator not being halted or slowed by skin peeling heat.

    And raising a glass to him. Special fighter at his peak, harder than flint and more tireless than a marathon runner but with the footwork of a ballerina and a wand of a jab. RIP old son.
