I'd take Romero by KO in a war.

I would really like to say Quiroga, and I have no doubt that he would fight his heart out. Maybe that determination would be enough, but probably not. Quiroga is a little too easy to hit, and he doesn't hit like Romero. I think that maybe Romero could box a little bit better too. What is going to happen is that they are going to get their money as soon as the bell rings. Quiroga will win his share of exchanges early by landing more punches and, I think, in many cases early he would land the last punch in exchanges.
But they will be trading constantly and the heavier punches will tell over time. I think that Romero is also more capable of taking a break by boxing, using his jab to set up punches.
