    Could have been a worse opponent but I’m ok with this.
    Still upset that a fight between him and Cruz didn’t materialize, we would have gotten a better idea of just how good Garcia really is. Hopefully at some point we can finally see that fight happen.

    Ryan has really had a disappointing career so far. The likes of Shakur, Teo, Haney, Tank, have all been in championship fights. He’s the only one that has lagged behind. He’s what, 23 and still hasn’t even fought anyone LEGIT.

    Im not a Ryking fan but he looked good. I think Ryan is a darkhorse in the 135 lbs...everyone thinks Tank, Hanney and Stevenson will smoke this guy. But honestly hes a live dog vs any of those guys.

    He looked good in the same old way. Hes a fast, physically gifted boxbot who is way too much for smaller opponents who don't have the grit to generate significant offense. If he faced somebody like Maidana would he have a Victor Ortiz style night or an Amir Khan style night?

    I think that was the best Ryan has looked by far. Yeah the opponent wasn’t the greatest but he really showed some improvements in his game. Still has alot to improve obviously. I think leaving Team Canelo and having Joe Goosen train him was the best decision.
    Hopefully we can finally see Ryan fight someone with a pulse. If he somehow manages to beat Tank then I’ll be a huge believer in him.
