Alvarez showed skill beyond his years as he brutally battered the 20-year-old Martinez, who didn't come out for round twelve." I wasn't watching too closely, but both guys seemed quite good to me. Alvarez really started getting to him late. Reason I'm posting this is because of Alavarez's age. He seemed way better than a 17 year old should and is worth keeping an eye on. Boxrec has him losing a fight unlike the telecast. But it was shown as being over two years ago.
