Its too hard to decided they both have zero power, for some reason i am swaying towards zbik, but they almost have identical records:finger:

Chavez Jr is the most over hyped fraud that I have ever seen in the past 20 years. If this kid didnt have the Chavez name we wouldnt even be mentioned in a thread.

I like watching Junior fight. Considering he had no amateur career, the kid is quite good and he continues to get better.

Most over hyped fraud of the past 20 years? I think Camacho Jr. or Francisco Bojado probably take that award.

Good action fight thus far, if the other guy knew how to hit;Chavez would have been out by now.

Chavez jr. is fighting like his dad used to. He has lost alot of rounds but is now wearing Zbik down. That Right hand is landing more.

I had the same view a few years ago.

Since then he hasn't improved much and his opposition has basically remained the same. To top it off he's fighting smaller guys.

    Chavez jr is nothing.

I thought Chavez jr. looked allright. Probably the best conditioned he's ever been and showed alot of passion.

But there is no way he'll fight Martinez. :nono:

Wow...HBO's BLATANT cheerleading was disgusting. Chavez did well the last couple of rounds, but Zbik kicked that ass the first two thirds of the fight.

Camacho Jr and Bojado were both considerably better than Chavez Jr. Bojado was just lazy/fat and Camacho Jr was a bitch (and also lazy and fat).

If you do the math Chavez Jr should not have won last night.

Oh C'mon. Based on punch stats?

    Did you watch the fight?

Chavez would be in a coma right now if Zbik could punch, but he did win that fight. Punch stats were shit with Zbik's shoe shine slapping. Chavez clearly landed the harder more effective shots throughout. Anybody who thinks this was a robbery didn't watch the fight.

Fuck you Irish. I would've liked nothing more then for the Chavez marketing train to come to a crashing halt.

Unfortunately he has genius matchmakers who knew Zbik couldn't break a stale crusty bread from Pizza Hut with his best shot.

Just because you badly want Chavez Jr. to lose, doesn't mean he did. This isn't amateur fucking boxing.

I love how the punch stats called Zbiks bombs "Power Shots", just because he didn't throw them with a jabbing motion. Half his lands looked like they were thrown with an open glove.

Zbik makes Juan Diaz look like Julian Jackson.

The fact that Zbik was imported to the States to fight the "Son of the Bell-End" is grounds enough to dislike the entire sham.

    Never fight in America :nono:

I watched most of the fight. Seemed pretty even to me, if anyone was winning it seemed to be the Gerry though.

There is no way he defeat any TOP 5 Jr Middleweight or Middleweight....let me edit that...There is no way he beat Martinez, Cotto, Williams, Sturm, Pirog, Angulo, Margarito, etc...etc...etc...there might be some bum who is rank in top 5 by one of the sanctioning bodies......

You have to love at the magical thinking and sheer fuckery that comes into play as the usual suspects scramble to try and undo the damage caused by this.

It's all crashing down around your ears, fucko's
