I don’t know. Quartey was a naturally strong guy with a great jab and Mosley never met a jab he that he could evade. I could see Mosley with a late rounds surge giving Quartey problems, but will it be enough to win on the cards? Quartey via close UD.
I can certainly see it going that way. I kind of want to lean towards Mosley however. I feel the rounds Shane would win might be a bit clearer than Ike's. Also in the close rounds a few fast combos might impress the judges more than a consistent thudding head snapping jab. I suspect if the fight did actually happen fan opinion would be split similar to Mosley-ODLH 2.
Itd be an excellent fight either way. If we take the 94-96 Ike vs the 99-01 Shane. A compelling case to be made for either winning, but the fact that Mosley always closed much stronger than Ike edges it for Shane imo.
