Shane's fine girlfriend would have fought a better fight than him. She seemed feisty. And I think she would have at least let her hands go. Lost a lot of respect for Shane as a fighter in the wake of that one. He had one chance going in and that was a puncher's chance. The last thing to leave you as a fighter when you're over the hill is your thump. And he chose not to go for it.
He should never have been offered the fight to begin with. He was handpicked because he has a name and hes looked bad in his last 2 fights. Shane said himself the sport is more mental than physical and mentally he had zero convidence basically coming off 2 straight loses.
