Alright Joe, since this is the exercise forum, you'll get some exercise advice. Make sure that you walk a lot because you want to take the weight off without aggravating any tendons or other connective tissue. As for biking, get a gel seat because they reduce friction burns and such, enabling you to bike longer without discomfort. This is all on the up-and-up. If you're interested in weight-training at all, circuit training and supersets are really good ways to turn weight-training into a fatburning measure. :bears:
And don't tire yourself out all at once. Training is for the long haul, so the only time you should really push it is if you're gonna have a day off afterwards. Overdoing it once can hold you back from training the rest of the time, and the key is endurance. If you try to go all-out when you first start training, you might discourage yourself, and you don't want to do that.
