Youre looking at a trade off, cause on one hand Cotto was sharper and more skilled than Garcia. But on the other hand, Spence would have had an easier time hurting Cotto. Cotto would lose to both Spence and Bud IMO. He would have beaten Thurman/Porter/Garcia.
