    I have started weekly trips to the track, to compliment my daily run, I am doing weekly full out sprints. This works your legs like you wouldn't believe.. I did it last Saturday and just yesterday my legs stopped being sore, it felt like I squatted heavy weights.

    I'm aiming for a 11sec 100 and a 60sec 400
