As much as it pains me to say it, Tank eventually catches him. Popo would give Tank hell but eventually he gets hit with something he can't shake off. Freitas punches a bit too wide and sooner or later he eats a massive counterpunch.

Freitas by decision. Hell probably have to navigate through a few rocky moments, but tank wouldnt be active enough to capitalize on them
I’m gonna go with Freitas here. I think he was a lot better than Roach. And he had enough hand speed and power to make Tank think twice about letting his hands go so freely. Tank can always land something that gets him out of there but I don’t think he’d be willing to put himself out there enough after taking a couple of right hands from Freitas.
