Previous to Saturday, Taylor would've beaten Miranda. Now? Who knows? Taylor's chin and confidence might never be the same again, we'll have to see. I do know that Miranda is too dangerous to be a comeback fight for Taylor.
^^^ If Taylor fought Miranda in May, he'd have won a decision. Not sure if he would've stopped him - even as many times as Pavlik hurt him, Miranda still managed to come back with just enough to let Pavlik know (during AND after) that he was in a fight. I don't see Taylor putting up with as much over the course of the bout, without reverting back to boxer mode. Now might be a different story, though we also don't know what Mierda has left. Mayorga still talks shit all day long, but a couple of beatings have now made his words ring hollow (or at least more so than ever before). With that false aura of invincibility that came with the hyping of Miranda now removed, who knows how he reacts - or more importantly, how willing his opponents are in pushing him to the limit
Taylor beats Miranda pre and post-Pavlik. Taylor looked better offensively (in my opinion) he just ran into a guy who could take his shots and give back better.
