He wins, but it's a difficult fight for him for the first half cause of prime Judah's speed and power. But TC is just so calm in there, and really comes across as a great thinker/adjuster. By around the 6th, Zab's run out of ideas and Crawford begins to time and tag him more and more. I think he puts a pretty good whuppin on Zab late. A late stoppage isn't outta the question, but I think most likely Zab goes into survival mode late and loses a clear decision.
The shots Crawford took from Gamboa are troubling. If he gets hit that often and early by Judah it could be trouble.
It's not that far fetched. Prime Judah is kinda underrated. Zab's disrespected like he was a scrub, but he wasn't. He was a good fighter, who had elite talent that he never fulfilled. Zab definitely had faster hands than TC, and he had better one-punch power as well. Where he doesn't match Crawford in is ring intelligence. And it's not like Crawford is some slow scrub like Mickey Ward. He has good enough handpseed and timing to touch Zab more and more as the rounds go by. The first 6 rounds would be dangerous for TC.
That's the way I see it. Crawford will win for sure the latter rounds, as he is a lot more intelligent and adaptative than Judah. But he has to get to the latter rounds. Crawford defense is not all that, he slips punches well, but has a tendancy to keep his hands low, and he get hits flush in nearly all of his fights. He has shown an excellent chin so far, but Judah hits a lot harder than Gamboa
Like everything else with Judah....if Crawford survives the first 4-6 rounds....it's a FIGHT later on...and Judah has some bitch in him.
