Toney has some trouble early on because he ALWAYS HAD TROUBLE with guys who were quick footed, but Norris is going to get caught by a big counter at some point and Toney absolutely will KO him of course, Norris wouldn't have actually accepted this fight in a MILLION YEARS
Can Toney even make that weight? I wouldn't be so sure Norris beats him on the grounds of Toney being half dead in the ring.
As long as Toney isn't practically dead he wins the fight. You'd have to think at some point James would drill the perfect counter. I think it would be world class boxing until that point though. A great offensive arsenal is matched about equally with terrific defensive movements and counters and very little clinching.
