He's not top 10 on resume or H2H. I'm willing to die on the hill that he isn't better than Beterbiev; Beterbiev is simply ancient. I think Beter would have whupped Bivol's ass 6 years ago. In the pantheon of light heavyweight greats, Bivol is closer to Virgil Hill level than he is to Spinks, Charles, Jones, Moore level.
