did he want to leave or did they just dump him?

If it's the latter, that's pretty low from the UFC.

He wanted out.Fedors chances of being in the UFC have gotten slimmer.I mean, whats the point of him going there now? All the top Heavy's are leaving the UFC.

He was a bum who couldn't draw. They did a great job brainwashing people that he was actually good.

Good move for the giant sloth. His stock was decreasing in the UFC. He still has enough of a reputation and resume that he could make some good coin against Fedor.

I understand Sylvia being upset with the UFC over being paid less then Lesnar, but Lesnar is a draw, where Sylvia really isn't. But leaving UFC is not a good move.

There are so many organizations popping up and disappearing, that it's become a joke. He's signed with 'Adrenaline', which used to be M-1, which signed Fedor, then didn't sign him, and by this time next year, probably won't even exist.

People can bitch about the UFC all they want, but the fact is, they're the only MMA group out there that has had continued success over the past several years. Pride is dead. Bodog is on life support. Same with IFL. Dream has had 1 show. Golden Boy\Affliction's group is all talk. EliteXC has been the only group to have any success, and that's because they have a giant television conglomerate behind them. But if their CBS deal tanks, they'll be gone too.

My guess is, Tim fights on some smaller shows, gets a couple of wins under his belt, and is back with the UFC in less then 2 years.

If he's not happy with his contract now, imagine what UFC would offer him if he came back in two years.

I'm sure it'll be more then whatever the new organization of the day will be able to offer him.

yeah, but he's just so damn boring...what it all boils down to is that this is entertainment also, not just a sport....

gotta kinda look at it the same way as what happened with Lindland, except tim isnt even as good as Lindland was

I Agree. Sylvia is actually a cool guy, but everyone hates him because they feel he only wins because hes so big.
