Spinks of course the better fighter and with the ability to outbox Tommy, but Morrison could attack fiercely and deliver punishment quickly so could he take Spinks out at some point?
A confident Spinks (not the one who was TERRIFIED against Tyson) would be too much for Morrison. He wouldn't stop Morrison though, but should win the decision.
Morrison represents something Spinks avoided (with good reason) prior to being horribly overmatched against Tyson - a fight with a legit contender who could punch. Morrison is all over Spinks early and Spinks is unable to withstand Morrison's power. it wouldn't be over as quickly as Tyson-Spinks, because Tyson is better than Morrision, but Spinks still falls by the 3rd round.
seriously. there's a reason Spinks went so long without defending his title, prior to the Tyson fight. there were not a whole lot of contenders he wouldn't have lost to. some of those guys make Morrison look like Liston.
