He'll probably make a few guest appearances in Pride. Although rumours of boxing exhibitions in Pride have been the talk. But that's unlikely and hardly anything comes to fruition. They're just using Tyson's name and image to get people interested in Pride's arrival to the States. Good move.
Tyson has a puncher's chance. Logic would say Fedor due to his wider range of skills, especially on the ground. But on the streets, no hold is barred and that includes crotch grabbing, eye gouging, biting, hair pulling, etc. So it could be hard to say. I bet it could end up with somebody sticking his forefinger into another guy's eye socket, with no actual fighting skills displayed.:jester: I'd go with Fedor just based on his sambo/ground skills. If it's standing up, maybe Tyson has a shot to catch Fedor if Fedor decides to trade since Fedor loves to strike.
Here is a picture of Tyson training from a wellknown boxingnewssite: Thursday, August 31 2006 Former heavyweight champion Iron Mike Tyson worked out for the media on Wednesday at the Aladdin/Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Iron Mike will be training for upcoming exhibition matches every day except Sunday for the next four weeks on the mezzanine level of the resort for press and public viewing.
