The main event alone makes his card worth watching.

Lawler / Condit is the best fight (on paper) in a long time. I've been waiting so long for this. :) I'm going with Condit in a late round knockout victory too. I'll be happy either way if it's a good fight, and it seems almost guaranteed that this will be a good fight.

I'm predicting a Miocic victory, but I want Arlovski to win. I never thought Arlovski would make a run like this when it looked like his career was over. A win tonight might mean a title shot and a chance to be the heavyweight champion again.

Good performance by Soto. You don't see many guys going for a gogoplata these days.

Crazy finish by McDonald. He went from almost being choked out to choking his opponent out in a few seconds.

Condit should win this. Look for a little of the Diaz fight in there. Super good side to side movement while busting lawyer up in the process

I'm not a big gambler, but I bet $110 on Condit for the win. If he wins I get my money back plus $100.:) I'm 100% successful with my MMA betting skills, so far. The only other fight I put money on was Nick Diaz / BJ Penn a few years ago.

I'm picking Ortega in this one. He reminds me of a young Nick Diaz.

You can't fix a glass jaw. Arlovski is an elite level heavyweight until he gets hit.

Should be a great fight. Incredible how Lawler turned his career around. I rebember when the UFC signed him, at thought that it was a pointless move, even as a Lawler fan.

Good round for COndit, but he's so sloppy he's bound to get countered with something big

    3-2 condit

Lawler seems to be getting all the close decision lately. DOn't think he won this fight or the Hendrick fight.

Not sure what's the judges were watching. Condit won that fight clearly.

I thought Condit won it, but I'm a little high and drunk at the moment. It wasn't a robbery either way. I could see how some judges would give 3 rounds to Robbie Lawler.

Anyone who could give round 3 to lawler shouldn't be a judge. Condit landed so many kicks in that round to lawyers body that by the 4 minutes mark, lawler was actually hurt and tired that by the 50 minute mark, lawler goes for a takedown and when he couldn't get it, ran them rest of the round. Round 3 was on of the clearest rounds of the fight.

Lawler was far too inactive throughout a majority of the fight to justify giving him the decision. Even in the 2 or so rounds Lawler won, Condit put work in. Up until Lawler's flurry towards the end of the 5th Condit was a lot more active. Pretty clear decision for Condit, imo.

I scored it for Condit but damn I'm a Lawler fan. How many times do you see fighters that need to go for broke in the final round and they don't? Lawler absolutely did.

And on the flipside, how fucking solid is Carlos Condit's chin? It is incredible to think he's considering retirement when he basically just beat the best welterweight in the world. I know he was on the wrong side of the decision but he's got to keep fighting.

Also on a related note, just became a big fan of King Mo. Dude fought a 3 fight tournament in Japan on Friday and was in Las Vegas last night to help corner Condit.

i like both fighters, but i thought condit won 4 rounds. i know most probably scored the 2nd for lawler based on that knockdown, but condit still won 3 and half or 4 minutes of that round i thought. rounds 3 and 4 were both condit's. gotta give lawler's the 5th, but i just don't see how he won 3 rounds. gotta give him credit though, he never stopped trying and went all out and somehow got the decision.

it's going to be a long road back if he doesn't get an immediate rematch (which i dont think he will). assuming he escaped unscathed and somehow doesn't get injured in the next year, he would probably have to go through woodley and hendricks, two guys he already lost to. if not those guys, he'd probably have to fight mcdonald again or a returning hector lombard. those are all tough fights that he could very well lose.

After Round 4, REED Looked Over at the Guy on the Barstool Next to him and Said, "Lawler Needs a Knockout or We Got Ourselves a NEW Champion."

Despite a HEROIC Effort in Round 5, Lawler Did NOT Beat Carlos Condit...Even a DRAW Wouldn't have Been the Worst Thing in the World, but Giving Condit an L was Unfortunate...

REED Loooooooves Watching Robbie Lawler, but he Got LUCKY Last Night...

Welterweight is a tough division. Condit could beat any of those guys, but they're all tough fights. The only guy I'd clearly pick over Condit right now is GSP if he comes back.

I'm not a fan of immediate rematches, but Condit deserves one as much as anyone ever has. At worst they should give him one fight against a top contender before another title shot. A rematch with Woodley would be perfect unless Woodley is fighting Lawler next.

Condit will get a re if he doesn't retire. Hell, he can use retirement as a bargaining tool
