    Main Card
Georges St. Pierre vs. BJ Penn (for welterweight championship)- I am picking St. Pierre by another close decision win. Maybe a late stoppage if Penn gasses.
Lyoto Machida vs. Thiago Silva (LHW)- I like Silva and he is agood fighter, but I think Machida wins another decision, and catches mroe critisicism for being boring.
Stephan Bonnar vs. Jon Jones (LHW)- Don't know Jon Jones, though he has a can like name, so I am picking Bonnar by submission.
Karo Parisyan vs. Dong Hyun Kim (WW)- Interesting fight, Parysian needs a big win, I think Kim submitts him, though.
Nate Diaz vs. Clay Guida (LW)- Great fight, really don't know who to go with. I say Diaz catches an over aggressive Guida in the third round after Guida wins the first two rounds. Fight of the Night.

    Undercard
Jon Fitch vs. Akihiro Gono (WW)- Another good match up, I think Fitch wins by decision.
Manny Gamburyan vs. Thiago Tavares (LW)- Interesting fight between two of my least favourite UFC fighters. I can only hope for a double KO, but since that will not happen, I go with Gamb by UD.
Chris Wilson vs. John Howard (WW)- Don't know either that well, I will go with the bigger name in Wilson. Sub?
Jake O’Brien vs. Christian Wellisch (HW)- O'Brien by ud in the worst fight of the night.
Matt Arroyo vs. Daniel Cramer (WW)-Arroyo by gnp.

why don't you like Thiago Tavares? I agree with all the rest of the picks(I'm too lazy to write them all out) except for Fitch. I think Gono will win by UD
I like GSP by TKO in the 3rd. Diaz over Guida by SD with tons of back and forth action. Alves loses by UD to Machida in a tactical chessmatch, which some of us will love, but will get boos from the ringside faithful.

because he is a cocky little shit. I was so happy when MattT Wiman put him to sleep. Same thing with Gamburyan, getting knocked out in like 7 seconds against Rob Emerson.

BJ's Talking ALOT of Shit on the "Countdown" Mini-Series they've Had, but REED Suspects it's FALSE Bravado...REED Thinks GSP is MORE Improved Since their Last Fight than BJ is...

Plus, GSP's Rematch Record is VERY Impressive...REED's Gonna RE-Watch their 1st Fight a Couple Times, but as Now, he's Rolling w/GSP Confidently....When 2 Outstanding Figthers Hook Up & 1 is Naturally BIGGER, the SAFE Pick is the Bigger Man....

I'm rooting for my Hawaiian brother BJ Penn, but I think he gets stopped late in this one. I hope I'm wrong. Sean Sherk landed too many shots for me to think that Pierre won't land. I see a bloody BJ being submitted in some fashion.

Penn's squeaky high-pitched voice and hotshot demeanor bothers me. He's still a great fighter though. This should be his last chance at a title shot. Hopefully GSP buries him and eliminates him from the UFC altogether.

Someone has to pick Penn so I will.

Penn by RNC in the 3rd.

    Machida UD
    Bonnar TKO
    Karo UD
    Diaz by sub.

In the only two undercard fights I care about I'll take Fitch and Tavares

I think GSP will win, but I'm laying money on Penn because he's a live dog.

Machida by KO in the 3rd. Silva's conditioning is suspect, and Machida is accurate with his strikes and doesn't waste any punches or kicks. By the 3rd round Silva will be gassed and he'll be easy pickings.

Never saw Jones fight and don't really know anything about him other than what I get off of his page on Sherdog, but I think Bonnar is overated, so I'm picking Jones by KO.

I couldn't care less about the Karo\Kim fight, but since I can't stand Karo, I'll pick Kim by decision.

I like Guida to win a decision over Diaz in what should be a real fun fight.

Two of the most LIKEABLE TALENTED fighters in the world. I just hope Penn is in SHAPE.

First fight was razor close. GSP won by taking the fight to the ground in the 2nd and 3rd. Penn was perhaps not on the best condition he could have possibly been in.

Standing up Penn was messing GSP up and pretty badly. But George could get into a rhythm standing up, alternating strikes with kicks and could turn pretty predictable and counterable by Penn.

Look for BJ to look to hurt him a la Serra and GSP will shoot for takedowns.

I think GSP will be busier and win close decision.

I think GSP takes him down early...........and makes a crucial mistake in doing that.

    BJ Penn by early RNC.

BJ is the worst guy to fight in MMA. He will talk loads of shit and he can actually back up what he says and is very tough to beat.

Penn has got to take the fight to GSP, pressure him, back him up against the fence and turn the fight into a brawl. He's got to be willing to take a few shots in the process.

As we've seen, GSP is pretty damn unbeatable when the fight goes to the ground, and he's dominated some guys with great wrestling and BJJ pedigrees in recent fights.

When Serra beat him, he beat him by making it a fight, and in my opinion, that's the blueprint for beating GSP.

I hope GSP takes it down. I do believe he's improved more since their first fight, but I also believe that BJ will be in better condition. Tough fight to call. I'll go with GSP close decision.

There's a Couple Fights on the NON-Televised Portion of the Card that REED Wouldn't Mind Seeing...Matt Arroyo vs. Daniel Cramer, Tavares vs. Gamburyan & the Fitch Fight...

The Nate Diaz-Clay Guida Weigh-In was INTENSE...The Fight will B Even BETTER...Guida is Such a MANIC Guy that NOBODY has an Easy Fight w/Him...& the Couple Times REED's Seen Nate Fight, he's Started Kinda SLOWLY...But that Skinny Motherfucker is TOUGH & SKILLED...REED Thinks he's More Well-Rounded than Guida...Nate will Overcome a ROUGH 1st Round to Quite Possibly SUBMIT Guida...Guida's Aggressive to the Point of WRECKLESSNESS, which'll B his Downfall...

REED Knows NATHAN about Karo Parisyan's Opponent, so No Prediction on that 1....REED Knows that Stephan Bonnar's Facing a Brother, so POWER TO THE PEOPLE!!!:kidcool:...But Seriously, Bonnar Hasn't Fought since WHEN???...& his Claim to Fame is LOSING Twice to Forrest Griffin....This Jon Jones Guy has a Pretty Good Record as Well...Give REED Jones N a SHOCKER, by KO...

Machida vs. Silva will B a Bit More Entertaining than Anticipated, but Machida is the BETTER Fighter...He Looked to B in BETTER Condition on the Scales Also...

After RE-Watching the 1st Fight, REED's Going w/GSP All the Way...There's a NIGHT & DAY Difference btwn the GSP that BJ Fought & GSP of Today...Yet BJ Still LOST to him...The ONLY Area BJ Looked "Better" than GSP in was his BOXING, but that Edge WASN'T As Decisive as GSP's Bloody Nose & Swollen Face Made it Look...For All this Talk about GSP's Chin, BJ NEVER Hurt him N that Fight N REED's Opinion...

Nowadays, GSP is MUCH More EXPLOSIVE & CONFIDENT...The EASE & FREQUENCY w/which he Took BJ to the Ground will B DOUBLED N The RE...& GSP's Bound to Showcase some IMPROVED Boxing @ Some Point...He's NOT the Type of Guy to NEGLECT Any Facet of his CrossTraining...

GSP Just May Try to OUTBOX BJ, Knowing he Can ALWAYS Take him to the Ground WHENEVER he Wants....BJ's ONLY Chance is an EARLY, Serra Style KO....If BJ Hears the Bell ENDING Round 1, he May as Well TAP Right Then, Cause he WON'T Win the Fight...He'll Get more & MORE Tired as the Fight Progresses & by LATE N the 3rd or Early N the 4th, he'll B a Sitting Duck for GSP....

GSP is YOUNGER, BIGGER, FASTER, STRONGER & he's IMPROVED Dramatically Since that 1st Fight...GSP by Stoppage, Late N Round 3 or Early Portion of Round 4...

    Machida via boring

Jones TKO, like REED, I think he "shocks" everyone.

    Kim TKO

Guida TKO1. I think he manhandles Diaz early because Diaz walks in cold.

Fitch TKO2 People will think that he's "back".

    Tavares TKO1 Gamburayan strikes

    Howard wins a UD

    O Brien via SUB2 armbar

    Arroyo SUB1 RNC
