UFC keeps running commercials with canceled fights

    Sadly, most of their fan base doesn't know better. This isn't the first time it has happened 2-3 times previously.

    Im sure most UFC fans knows whats up Joe. This isnt the dark ages. Most people have the internet.

    Does that make it right? The "card subject to change" tagline doesn't either.

    No excuses for this. I work in media and ads are changed at the last minute every single day.

    The fight cancellation happened days ago. Inexcusable.

    I dont know how it works Joe. Arent these ads sent to the studios months in advance?

    They can be but they can be replaced fairly quickly too.

    I agree, wether it's intentionnal or not ( it probably is ) it makes them look bush league

    I'm no shill, but I can't possibly see this as a big deal, especially when I saw REPEATED ads for Mayweather vs Pacquiao a week before the fight, despite it being cancelled for months.

    A fight has to be signed before it is canceled.

    Not the point, don't care.

    As for SD, yes, they had ads running literally up until I believe a week before the fight was originally supposed to happen.

    Hilarious to be honest.
