    All @130.

Does anybody think Loma can sweep these three?

Anybody think he loses to all three?

I've never seen enough of a prime Elorde in a win to make an educated pick.

    Loma loses to Marquez.

He probably bests Freitas, but at 130 Freitas is a very dangerous matchup for him. I dont discount Popo's chances.

Dont know enough about Elorde to make a pick. Freitas would give some issues to Loma, but he probably comes short and lose a decision. Marquez is a tough one to pick. Stylistically, JMM seems a bit too stiff and stationary to deal with loma movement. But i could see hos counters making loma reluctant and pull a lopez redux

I think Elorde is the best of these, but also the easiest match-up for Lomachenko. He is very well suited to deal with the neat, boxer-puncher whose physicality was underwhelming. Elorde was tough, fast and very skilled. I think he's definitely able to out-box Lomachenko, as he did out-box better, but I'd take Lomachenko to win a close decision in an awesome fight. Elorde's prime is on show vs Narvaez, Saddler and Rivas. He's a very good fighter IMO.

I tend to think Lomachenko undresses Popo. Cliché, but Lomachenko would probably make him quit. Loma knows how to take away your power shots, and his bodywork, defence and showboating could very well break Popo. Obviously if Frietas nailed him it could be good night, but more often than not, Loma out-classes him IMO.

I think the less aggressive version of Loma who fought at 126 is better suited to Marquez, but the one who was fixated on walking guys down at 130 would lose IMO. Marquez's straight right and bodywork is the key here, as he'd have Lomachenko second guessing and stuck in first gear. JMM could also pivot and punch with Loma, which would both force Loma to stop engaging and would remove his ability to 'skip' past Marquez as JMM could realign himself while Loma did it. He did vs Pacquiao often. I do think it'd be an awesome fight, though. Both were/are extremely fluid offensive fighters.

Because of these subtleties i think a Loma-Marquez match would be a fascinating matchup.

Yeah, Loma probably outclasses Freitas, but the junior lightweight Freitas was a helluva lot better than the likes of Walters and Martinez. Bigger, more powerful, and WAY quicker and more athletic. It's a dangerous fight for Loma.
