    If this was Forrest before his shoulder injuries moving up he'd have a much better chance. However the version that fought @ 154 was very ineffective and his slowed down basic 1-2 combos aren't going to be enough to beat Norris.

    Like everyone with decent power and the ability to throw a straight, quick shot against Norris, Forrest has a punchers chance

    but thats about it... I think Norris gets to him first
