Can Cool Vince pull a Tszyu on Cotto?

Cotto wins at 147, where Phillips wasn't at his best and was practically a journeyman.

Tougher to call at 140, where Cotto seemed a lot more vulnerable. I wouldn't rule out that Phillips capitalizes on the kinds of opportunities that Ricardo Torres had.

Yeah, there's not much point in even discussing 147. Vince never did a damn thing at the weight.

140 is very intriguing, and tbh, I would take the Philips that upset Tszyu to do the same to Cotto.

I'm going with Vince too, I think he's all sorts of wrong for a more fragile Cotto.
