Klitschko TKO8. Williams would have no real answer for getting through Klitschko's range, & his foreboding strength. It might be interesting to see what happens when Williams' formidable hook finds Klitschko's great beard, but the follow-up just wouldn't be upto taking the big man out. Klitschko lacks a true knockout punch, & his killer instinct leaves a lot to be desired. I say he gets on top of Williams with range & trade-shots, but doesn't finish until Williams doesn't want it anymore, going out in about eight. Donovan Ruddock would make a better opponent for Cleve Williams.
Vitali embarrasses him in 4 rounds. I say 4 just because thats about how long he should hold up getting hit 60 times per round. No but seriously, Williams stops him on cuts.
