It was early in his career and that was Belfort at his very best.

Silva would kill Belfort in a rematch, Sakuraba fucked him up, hell even Overeem beat Vitor easily.

Vitors lucky he couldn't make it past the opening round of the tourney, Silva would kill him at this point.
