Ayala by decision... sure he was a featherfist who benefited from some baffling judging but what the hell was McCullough? An extremely durable featherfisted punching bag ... Ayala won a meaningful fight or two, what was McCullough's biggest win? Johnny Bredahl?

 

I agree. I'd pick Ayala too. I thought his first win over Tapia was legit. And his win over Adams in the second fight was legit as well. And even if you thought he lost the first one, it was close. McCullough, like you said, never managed to beat anyone.

 

Exactly... I hated Ayala and rooted for him to get decapitated every time out but he was better than McCullough

 

Ain't saying much either way. Both were average as fuck.
