    Any good, reliable (and cheap) ones? I want to buy some weight plates. They are pretty expensive at places like Wal-Mart and Sport Check.

    Also, a side question, has anyone here used a "sweat belt" and is it useful? It's the thing you put around your waist when you work out and it supposedly makes you sweat more and drop more water weight, making your lower back are look nicer.
