    MAIN CARD BOUTS:

    -Manny Tapia vs. Antonio Banuelos
R1 - The fighters exchange punches to open the round with both landing big shots early on. As the fighters clinch, Tapia seems to exert his size, landing solid knees and working ground and pound. Back in the clinch, Banuelos gets on the offensive but Tapia works for a kimura but Banuelos escapes.
MMAWeekly scores Rd 1 10-9 for Manny Tapia

R2 - The fighters again open the round trading shots, and Tapia lands more effective punches putting Banuelos down but he's unable to capitalize. Back on the feet, Banuelos works for the clinch and eventually lands a nice takedown working ground and pound. Tapia gets back to his feet and stays aggressive to end a closer round.
MMAWeekly scores Rd 2 10-9 for Manny Tapia

R3 - Banuelos lands a nice takedown to open the round and works to take Tapia's back. Tapia is able to work out of the position and stand back on his feet. The fighters exchange punches throughout the round with neither getting the advantage as the fight closes out.
MMAWeekly scores Rd 3 10-9 for Antonio Banuelos

-Manny Tapia def. Antonio Banuelos by split decision (30-27, 28-29, 29-28

-Miguel Torres vs. Chase Beebe (WEC Bantamweight Championship)
R1 - The fighters exchange leg kicks to open the fight. The bout makes its way to the ground where Torres goes for an armbar, but Beebe escapes. Beebe gets another takedown and Torres pulls guard. Beebe lands nice elbows, but Torres works from an armbar to an omaplata, then to an anaconda choke, which Beebe escapes but falls into a guillotine choke that forces the tap out from the champ

Miguel Torres def. Chase Beebe by submission (guillotine choke) at 3:59, R1

-Jamie Varner vs. Rob McCullough (WEC Lightweight Championship)
R1 - Varner starts strong working strikes and taking the champ to the ground early. McCullough works back to his feet and the fighters clinch, but Varner manages another takedown. Varner continues to work for takedowns, but McCullough defends. As the round wears on it seems that Varner is losing steam as McCullough continues to defend the takedown.
MMAWeekly scores R1 10-9 for Jamie Varner

R2 - The fighters stay standing to open the round, with Varner landing crisper punches. McCullough stays tentative, but eventually throws a kick at Varner. Not much action in the remainder of the round, but Varner throws and lands more punches throughout.
MMAWeekly scores R2 10-9 for Jamie Varner

R3 - McCullough starts strong in the round, landing a big shot that puts Varner down, but as the fighters get back to their feet, the fight is paused to put Varner's mouthpiece back in. Back on the feet, Varner punishes McCulloughs standing, and as the champion tries to recover, Varner stays relentless and finishes McCullough with strikes

Jamie Varner def. Rob McCullough by TKO (referee's stoppage due to strikes) at 2:54, R3

-Carlo Prater vs. Carlos Condit (WEC Welterweight Championship)
R1 - Prater starts out with a nice takedown, but Condit is able to pull full guard. On the ground, Prater works ground and pound as Condit works for submissions and almost sinks in a guillotine choke, but Prater works out the first time. Condit continues to work from the bottom and locks in another guillotine choke and this time Prater is forced to tap out.

Jamie Varner, the only guy in MMA who can call a timeout. Great performance besides that though.
