It seems to basically be a type of ketogenic diet but with carb cycles :dunno: VERY similar (though more extreme) to what Rob Faigin recommends in Natural Hormonal Enhancement from what I can work out.
Basically like Hut said.. it is depleting carbs down to a ketogenic state.. then carbing and heavy lifting.. for real details.. check out the book Body Opus, you can get it at the library probably
