I just read an article where Darchinyan and Arce are still going at it, going on nearly 4 years already.

What two fighters have talked the most crap but haven't fought yet?

James Toney and the entire heavyweight division. Actually, it's only Toney who's talking. But he's got the grounds to speak, he's a bad dude!

Hatton-Witter certainly has to rank up there.

Well, they've fought, but the perennially discussed Jones-Hopkins rematch deserves some mention.

Is this just about active fighters?

    If not, then Lewis-Bowe.

They were Rumored to Fight a Few Years Ago, after Toney Beat Jirov for the Crusier Title....

Mayweather-Margarito...though outside of Arum I think most of the talk was done on the internet.

This is like bringing up a 6-cylinder Camaro when talking about exotic sports cars. The trash talking lasted all of about 2 days and was forgotten.

    ......

Arce should shut the hell up, he don't deserve a fight with Darchinian anyways.

They actually were supposed to fight, and they had a press conference where James and Bernard were arguing over who came from a tougher hood.

The match made the cover of The Ring, but the deal fell apart, as did basically every interesting fight Hopkins after Tito, when he was with King.

Dacrchynian seems to think so and wants it.

your such a hater you don't even wanna see fights get made when the actual fighters want it.

Back when this fight should have happened it didn't happen because of the lawsuit between Shaw and Arum

but somehow you'll say it was Arce's fault correct?

I said Arce don't deserve the fight and he doesn't. He's been schooled by both Mijares and Lookmanhanek lately. It won't be much of a big deal when Vic beats him up either.

For YEARS Arce was like "Who is Darchinyan? Why shoud I fight him?". This is during a time Arce was fighting scrubs like Rosendo Alvarez and Hawk Makepula...while Darchinyan was defending his 112 pound crown.

All of a sudden, Arce wants Vic? How shocking. I hope the fight comes off anyway. It's been a long time coming and promises fireworks.

zab judah and sharmba mitchell talked a lot of shit, but it never materliazed. despite both guys losing against tszyu, it would've been an interesting fight at 140.

Judging from their recent form, it can't be denied, ratboy would butcher Arce.

I'm looking at "most" trash, not just trash. I don't even remember there being much trash talk between these two, only that Hopkins said he would go up to fight him.

There was some trash talk between the two, before the deal fell through. They even had a press conference when the two were going at each other with talk.

That is a perfect example. Toney would have humilated Hopkins, but Hopkins made all sorts of weightdemands. He doesn't make themfor the smaller men he fights, but when he has tofight abigger man they have todrainto him.

Yeah, but I think Antonio knows it would do him no good to talk trash, he aint going to lure Fraud into fighting him, like the way Hatton was able to after he beat a shot Castillo,..... Fraud knew he could beat Hattons wreckless midget style,...but Margarito is 100 monsters and a half more than that.
