He's decent enough. He could, in theory at lesat, sneak a world title for a while somehow. I think he just got caught that night being too cocky. He's not gonna be a long time champ or anything though.
he's a good solid top 10 contender....looking at the super feather division, there are 2 leagues inside the top 10....Arthur is probably at or near the top of the 2nd league.......he's a very good all-round boxer, and his European title defences have been impressive against some awkward and skillful opponents
