    I don't think there's any "for sure" about it. Maskaev has the best win between the two. Rachman was far better than Ortiz.

    Maskaev also has a dominant win over Jefferson and was leading through 10 against a prime Tua.

    Maskaev would back up Wilder, and we see that Wilder is clueless when that happens. And there's zero chance of Wilder's chin handling Oleg's right hand.

    I just dont trust maskaev against big punchers. He got laid out by freaking Lance Whitaker
